Real Estate Crush of the Week: 63 Gordon

It’s no secret that renovating homes to sell in Charleston is a very popular thing to do, but let’s be honest here… so many of them are, um, let’s just say overpriced and undernice.

Please meet the Benjamin Button of houses. This overhaul was done SO DERN WELL, you’d never know it was built in the 1930s.

The finishes are gorgeous, that floating staircase is a work of art, and the aged pine floors just may be the prettiest floors we’ve ever seen. Oh, and in case you’ve not been recently, Wagener Terrace is no longer a neighborhood just for newlyweds and nearly-deads. It’s fo err’body!

Let us know if you’d like to go see this with us – we can’t get enough of it!
