We cannot thank Tracy Spencer enough for all of her hard work, expertise and guidance throughout our home purchase. There are many reasons why working with Tracy made our experience stress free, but at the top of the list was her personal involvement in every step of the process. Ours was unique being a new build, but in many ways, this made it much more complicated and required her attention for almost nine months!
From the very beginning Tracy made sure we had her full support and knowledge. She came to every meeting from the initial conversations with the builder's realtor, to the land purchase, design selections, multiple inspections, zoom meetings, pre-closing walk through and finally to the law firm for the purchase transaction.
We moved from out of town to Charleston, so in many cases we had things that needed attention on site, but Tracy was always there in absence. Even when she was not needed for a specific meeting, she was visiting the site regularly to send us update pictures and videos.
The other thing that was noticeable and appreciated, was her in-depth knowledge on just about everything! She asked questions, she clarified building decisions and implications, and she was into every detail.
This is our fifth home purchase and second build, and we have never worked with a realtor who was as involved as Tracy was.
She was active participant and advocate for us throughout the entire process and made it feel like she was building the home with us.
We would recommend Tracy Spencer ten times over as a realtor who knowledgeable, attentive, and someone who takes a genuine interest in her clients having the best possible home buying experience!
