I wanted to write a quick review of my wife and I’s experience working with Tracy Spencer to find our home in Charleston. I am a business owner and quickly learned that Tracy had a previous life in corporate America and was a true professional. She immediately began discussions with my wife and I to determine what we were looking for in Charleston. Tracy has a true working knowledge of the area and was excellent in describing the different areas or neighborhoods. We chose numerous homes in several of the neighborhoods to begin our search. As we began looking, it became apparent that Tracy was truly working with us to protect our interest and had done her homework on such areas as comps, flood history, and resale potential. We decided to purchase a home downtown Charleston South of Broad. Tracy then was excellent in presenting the offer and handling the subsequent negotiations. She truly made the process a wonderful experience. I have never written a review for a realtor before but really wanted to share my experience and would encourage anyone looking for Real Estate in the Charleston area to give Tracy Spencer a call. I have worked with over 10 realtors in my life and Tracy Spencer was the best.

We cannot thank Tracy Spencer enough for all of her hard work, expertise and guidance throughout our home purchase. There are many reasons why working with Tracy made our experience stress free, but at the top of the list was her personal involvement in every step of the process. Ours was unique being a new build, but in many ways, this made it much more complicated and required her attention for almost nine months! From the very beginning Tracy made sure we had her full support and knowledge. She came to every meeting from the initial conversations with the builder's realtor, to the land purchase, design selections, multiple inspections, zoom meetings, pre-closing walk through and finally to the law firm for the purchase transaction. We moved from out of town to Charleston, so in many cases we had things that needed attention on site, but Tracy was always there in absence.
