Colin came to Charleston with years of experience in the luxury real estate market in Jupiter, Florida, where he primarily worked with high profile clientele and professional athletes in the LIV & PGA tours, and MLB players. That background shaped his approach early on prioritizing client discretion, clear communication, availability, and strong negotiation in fast-moving, high-stakes transactions.

Today, Colin and his wife, Sam, call Mount Pleasant home and are grateful to be part of the Charleston community. He brings the same level of care and attention to detail to every client, whether they’re relocating to the area, purchasing a first home, or selling a long-time residence.

Colin also has firsthand experience buying and selling multiple short-term and long-term investment properties, giving him a practical understanding of what to look for and how to structure successful investment transactions.

Before transitioning into real estate, Colin was a collegiate athlete and later worked in the entertainment industry for 15 years. This unique background continues to influence how he shows up for his clients every day – disciplined, prepared, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome.

When he’s not working, Colin can often be found around town training for his next Ironman triathlon, enjoying one of the many incredible restaurants Charleston has to offer, or out for a walk on the beach.

    • What I did before Real Estate:

      Before real estate, I worked in film, television, fashion, and fitness – experiences that demanded focus, adaptability, and an ability to show up prepared in high-expectation environments. Working on domestic and international productions taught me how to take direction, perform under pressure, and operate with precision, while years of travel and collaboration shaped a deep respect for people, culture, and perspective. In parallel, I built a long-standing career in fitness, coaching hundreds of sold-out experiences across multiple cities throughout the US, and later working within the marketing division at the headquarters of a leading global brand, where I led event production, community marketing, and sales. I continue to coach private clients today, grounded in care, wellbeing, and long-term relationships. That blend of creativity, discipline, and human connection carries directly into how I represent real estate. Thoughtfully marketing homes, creating meaningful presence around each property, and approaching every client relationship with steady attention, discretion, and intention

I’ve helped families upsize and downsize homes, I’ve helped many first time homebuyers navigate the entire sales process with white glove service. I’ve helped out-of-state investors remotely purchase investment properties from start to finish, as well as finding the perfect vacation properties for families. I’ve also worked with numerous professional athletes and celebrities where discretion and knowledge of the luxury market is crucial. I treat all of my clients like family, keeping their best interests as my top priority. I work extensively in Mount Pleasant, as well as the downtown Charleston peninsula, Daniel Island, West Ashley, North Charleston, Hanahan, and the surrounding Charleston markets.
