Amanda deserves a 15/10 hands down! Her local expertise and skill landed me an amazing condo within minutes of the beach and downtown Charleston for an amazing price. Within a couple hours of viewing the home, Amanda had a contract ready for me to sign. This is my first home, so I thought the process would be a little frightening; however, Amanda and her team made the experience a cake walk and an enjoyable one. If I could write an essay I would. Amanda was perfect, patient and found me the house I always wanted. We bought a home in the Charleston, SC area. We were moving from Oregon and were dealing with the Covid-19 travel restrictions. We were able to access Zillow and other online listing platforms. Our local Oregon agent sought out Amanda Perry and we made contact. She was very responsive with homes that met our criteria. She would pick up the phone immediately unless she was with another client. We settled on a home and she walked through with video so we could see more detail that we wanted than was supplied by the listing. We were comfortable with the support provided by Amanda and inspections and bought the home. After a long drive we have moved in and are very happy with our new home!

My husband was relocated to to Charleston for work and we had to find a home fast as I was living in a hotel with my two little kids. Amanda was amazing! She found us our dream home.
