-Amy Colby
We moved to the Low Country 2 years ago and we are so very glad that we were able to be assisted by Polly Cillpam to find our perfect home. She took the time to truly find out our needs for a home, and took the time to find that perfect home for us! She is very knowledgeable about the Low Country area and the current real estate market. We highly recommend Polly for all your real estate needs whether you are looking to buy or sell your home in the Low Country.
-Mark DeGarmo
After selling an investment property for me, Polly assisted me in purchasing multiple rental properties while adhering to 1031 tax guidelines on investment properties. Her knowledge of the 1031 process, her knowledge of local taxes on investment properties and her overall knowledge of the Charleston real estate market made this project as smooth as possible. Polly was professional, direct and focused on meeting my objectives. She was a pleasure to work with.

During my first visit to Charleston in 1999, I was struck by the history, charm, romance, and grace of the city and spent the next three years figuring out a way to call Charleston home. I moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2002 and began selling Real Estate in the Lowcountry full-time in 2003. Before coming to Charleston, I moved up and down the west coast as well as across the country. I am keenly aware of the many issues involved not only in local moves but major relocations and the emotional stress it can bring with it. My life has changed over 18 years I have been in Real Estate including the addition of three grandchildren. My downtime includes walking the Ravenel Bridge, enjoying great friends, as well as sharing a glass of wine and a good meal.
