Realtor®

During my first visit to Charleston in 1999, I was struck by the history, charm, romance, and grace of the city and spent the next three years figuring out a way to call Charleston home. I moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2002 and began selling Real Estate in the Lowcountry full-time in 2003. Before coming to Charleston, I moved up and down the west coast as well as across the country. I am keenly aware of the many issues involved not only in local moves but major relocations and the emotional stress it can bring with it. My life has changed over 18 years I have been in Real Estate including the addition of three grandchildren. My downtime includes walking the Ravenel Bridge, enjoying great friends, as well as sharing a glass of wine and a good meal.

    • What I did before Real Estate:

Before RE, I was a regional and national sales representative for Fortune 500 companies, traveling to big and small cities and towns across the country.

    • My Real Estate Specialty:

I feel like my specialty is my longevity in the business. With 17 years of experience in the Charleston real estate market, I treat each transaction with expert care and understand that effective communication is the key to a successful professional relationship. I work tirelessly to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. I have lived around the country and therefore am keenly aware of the ups and downs related to relocation. There is a lot involved in buying, selling, and moving and I know how to nurture and encourage my clients through what can be a turbulent time. The considerations of school districts, church or religious affiliation connections may matter, proximity to work and other important parameters are all part of the conversation.

    • What my clients say about me/why my clients choose to work with me:

My professionalism and communication are key to working to the ultimate end: helping someone buy or sell their home. Every client’s needs are different and I treat each transaction as unique as my clients are.

    • What I love about Smith Spencer Real Estate:

SSRE is a brand set apart. We are a tenacious group of professional women that care about each other, to include our successes. We are proactive and leave no stone unturned. We care and we provide exceptional service and remarkable results.

    • What I love about Charleston:

What’s not to love about Charleston. It is a city of romance and grace, character and beauty. And the WATER, the beach, need I say more? I love walking the Ravenel Bridge.
