      Kristy grew up in the real estate community. At the young age of 8 she would ride along with her mom who is a local agent in Maryland. She’d tag along for open houses, help with navigating property locations, and even help with office tasks. She would soon find her love for real estate and the excitement it brought when interacting with people and helping them find their dream home. The skills she learned as a little girl she still carries with her today.       Having grown up in the city most of my life being raised with a southern mother from Tennessee and a father from DC, the south has always had my heart! When the opportunity to move to Charleston for school in my late teens presented itself, I quickly jumped at the chance to live in a city and also be by the beach. It did not take long for me to immediately fall in love with the character and charm of the south. It was like I had always been met to live here. After my 4 years here and moving back to Maryland I had always dreamt of coming back to raise a family and get back to my southern roots. Something about Charleston when you really understand our city and towns and take it all in, you can travel anywhere in this world but there is truly nothing that will steal your heart quiet like this beautiful place!
