    • What I love about Smith Spencer Real Estate:

Smith Spencer was an obvious choice for me. Not only is the culture a perfect fit, but I love that Stacy and Erin have taken the time to purposefully create their boutique brokerage. It is obvious that very aspect of the company was well thought out and the result is the successful team of agents that you see today. I am excited to be a part of Smith Spencer Real Estate.

From a real estate perspective, I love that Charleston has something for everyone. From downtown to the beaches, whether you are looking for a primary residence or a resort property, there is a home for you. I am thankful everyday for this beautiful city that I call home.
