Haley Williams


Growing up in the Hilton Head and Bluffton area, I have a deep love and appreciation for the Lowcountry. I moved to Charleston in 2010 to pursue a career in event coordinating, which then led me to work for a traveling motorsports company for the past 7 years. During that time I also worked at the very popular restaurant, Leon’s Oyster Shop. The high paced environment of working at a race track and one of Charleston’s busiest and best restaurants sparked my competitive drive which then led me to compete in the competition television show, The Amazing Race. Once returning home from that adventure, I knew it was time to take the skills that I took from my careers and travels, and apply them to pursuing a Real Estate career, something I had always dreamed of doing. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to take that leap and couldn’t be more excited to continue pursuing a life long career in one of the best cities in the world.

    Get to know Haley Williams

    • What I did before Real Estate:

      Before pursuing my career in Real Estate, I was an event coordinator for a traveling race team while also waiting tables at the well known restaurant, Leons. Between motorsports and food & beverage, the fast paced environment of the two, provided me with the skills of hustling under pressure while remaining calm and composed. They also granted me the ability to expand my network to not only Charleston, but all around the world as well.

    • My Real Estate Specialty:

      I don’t necessarily have just one Real Estate specialty, however, working with first time home buyers has been one of the most rewarding jobs in my real estate profession. I realize that buying a home can be stressful and scary which is why I am motivated to go beyond my client’s expectations when guiding them and make sure that each real estate transaction is approachable and easy to understand. My ultimate goal is to make it seamless and easy for them so it can remain one of the most exciting times of their lives.
