She really went above and beyond to help my family move back to Charleston from out of state. When we were in town, she took us to all the houses we wanted to see, and when we couldn't make it from Boston she viewed the houses herself and sent thorough videos that made it feel like we were there. She was always completely honest about her opinion of the properties and never pressured us to make a move on something we didn't love. When it came to making an offer and renegotiating, she coordinated tons of professionals to give quotes on various repairs so we could negotiate with the sellers and know exactly what repairs and maintenance the property needed. As a result, we bought a beautiful home for a very good price, which is unheard of these days on James Island! I am so happy my daughter will get to grow up in this house. Thank you Erin and team!
