I arrived in San Francisco from Manhattan as a founding member of in 1996 where was running the sales office. I was leading sales person annually, as well as running the #1 grossing sales team nationwide.
I was very lucky to have honed my contract negotiating skills at such a young age. My deals were negotiated with the Senior VP’s of Fortune 500 companies on a daily basis, and nothing can give a gal more confidence!

I got the real estate bug when purchasing my first home in Mill Valley in 1998, and subsequently purchased a second house in New York. While my family was relocating for work cross country a few times over, I discovered a love for turning houses into homes and properties into investments.

On a family trip to Charleston S.C. I was recruited by an amazing broker to work as a realtor in a Guggenheim-owned planned development called Daniel Island. There I sold real estate and invested heavily in water front properties, land, and new builds purchased directly from the builders. I became very skilled at negotiating contracts, building many new homes, flipping, property management, marketing, design and 1031 exchanges.

After the market crashed I decided to return to California to go back to school for Landscape Design. I have had my own company, Flora Landscape Design, since 2009 and have aided many families & realtors in Marin County in all aspects of making their listing look amazing by giving homes a creative facelift and bringing in staging when necessary.

I love everything that has to do with homes and the people that live in them! Nothing brings me more joy than to upgrade the exterior and interior of a home with my trusty crew, only to see the sellers get an extra return on their investment. While my business credentials speak for themselves, my heart is in making the process of buying or selling a home a joyful event. Because every single client is unique and every circumstance is new, it is always exciting to begin this adventure together!

My strengths are serving my clients by giving 110% to finding out exactly how I can meet their needs, then tenaciously bringing my skills out to work for those needs. Having consummate professionalism and strong ethics is paramount in the real estate business. My reputation is one of strength, kindness, and getting exactly what my clients desire no matter how much work is involved. Negotiating is a joy for me! I look forward to making my clients dreams come true every day.

      Before real estate I was teaching second grade then I went into sales in NYC and SF. I have always loved negotiating, business development and specialize in online marketing and sales.
