Cynthia was our agent for our move from Oregon to South Carolina. The weekend that we came down to look at houses, she already had an idea of the neighborhood we would be interested in and she was exactly right! We put an offer on our Park Circle home that same weekend. While we were back in Oregon, Cynthia handled everything on our behalf in Charleston. She was very communicative, efficient and we always felt like everything was under control. Once we made it to Charleston, she met us at our new house with welcome gifts and our key. We couldn't have been happier with her.

We worked with Cynthia Rhett and I HIGHLY recommend her! We were only just beginning our search and she found us our dream house right off the bat! Perfect location, perfect layout, and in the exact neighborhood and school system we wanted. She made the entire process seamless from the search to financing to closing, making us feel like we were her only clients! She is the only realtor we will ever use again!

Cynthia Rhett was our realtor and she could not have been more helpful. She was so patient with us and really helped us understand all the terms and conditions and she was just amazing! We bought our house just days ago and it's honestly been so great and it's all thanks to her. She made this entire process easier on us and she went above and beyond what I previously had believed a realtor would do. We can't thank her enough for all she did.

Cynthia Rhett

Originally from Texas, we moved to Charleston after many summer vacations to the Outer Banks with my husbands family.  One day trip to this beautiful city and we were hooked. We moved shortly after during the Christmas Holiday of 2014 and couldn’t be happier with that decision.  I began my career in real estate sales in Texas.  After gaining knowledge and experience working for a national home builder, I decided to obtain my SC Realtor license.
For the past 5 years I have gained valuable insight into the Charleston real estate market.  My sales experience includes working with buyers, sellers and relocation. I thrive to give each client a positive experience through great communication skills.  It is important to me to continue support from start to finish and I take pride in guiding my clients with hands-on involvement at all stages of the buying and selling process.
When time permits, you can find my family and I on Sullivan’s Island our favorite beach.  I love to entertain family and friends at our home or downtown showing them all that Charleston has to offer.

    Get to know Cynthia Rhett

    • What I did before Real Estate:

I worked for a national builder where I learned customer/client service, sales, and how to build relationships. I attended the weekly sales meetings and networking events for the company.

    • My Real Estate Specialty:

I work with buyers, sellers and people relocating to our beautiful cities or out to other states.

    • What my clients say about me/why my clients choose to work with me:

I’m a good communicator, effective, I care and listen to my clients needs, and take control of everything so they don’t have to all while keeping them involved throughout the process.

    • What I love about Smith Spencer Real Estate:

To be a part of a group of beautiful, strong, independent women who encourage, support, and empower other women is an honor. Smith Spencer has a great vibe and has a more modern approach to their business and still prides themselves on giving exceptional service.

    • What I love about Charleston:

Oh my goodness, I could go on and on about my love for Charleston! To start, it’s the true Charleston hospitality for me. It was from day one that we realized we made the best decision to move to here. Everyone made us feel right at home from the very start and the genuine kindness from Charlestonians hasn’t stopped with true southern hospitality. I love the lifestyle and I’m grateful to call this gorgeous city home.
