After receiving a BS in Mass Communications from Arizona State University, Polly spent 11 years as a regional and national sales rep for a Fortune 500 company, traveling across the country all while raising four kids. During her first visit to Charleston in 1999, she was struck by the history, charm, romance, and grace of the city and spent the next three years figuring out a way to call Charleston home. Polly moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2002 and began selling Real Estate in the Lowcountry full-time in 2003.
Before coming to Charleston, Polly moved up and down the west coast as well as across the country. Too many moves to keep up with! She is keenly aware of the many issues involved not only in local moves but major relocations and the emotional stress it can bring with it. Her objective is to minimize the pressure that relocating can create whether it’s moving from out-of-state or selecting your next home just around the corner. To aid her clients Polly holds a designation as an Accredited Buyers Representative. She is proud to have negotiated approximately 200 successful closings over the years representing both buyers and sellers.
Polly still loves everything the Holy City offers including the architecture, beaches, boating, and restaurants. Polly’s life has changed over the 14 years she has been in Real Estate including the addition of two grandchildren. Her downtime includes walking the Ravenel Bridge (Google It!), enjoying great friends as well as sharing a glass of wine and a good meal.
