Erin Spencer

Realtor, Marketing & Money

Erin fell in love with Charleston within minutes of a College of Charleston campus tour and never gave thought to living anywhere else. Following her 2005 graduation, she took a job as the Social and Marketing Director at The Country Club of Charleston where budgeting and operational planning became ingrained proficiencies. After five years at CCC, she was recruited by a local energy technology company, where she headed up Communication and Market Development for the next three years.

In 2013 she started her own project management business, assisting clients in their marketing and bookkeeping needs. Erin’s focus at Smith Spencer encompasses the nuts and bolts of running the business: keeping marketing relevant, finances in shape, and the team happy.

She lives in Old Mt Pleasant with her husband, a local pub owner, beer-maker and the future mayor.

Erin Gives Back

“I am on the Board of Directors for KidsWithPain.org, a charitable organization my husband and I started with two others after losing a friend in 2012 who suffered from debilitating arthritis her entire life. Our mission is to advocate for these children by spreading awareness that juvenile arthritis is real, providing support for their families and peer groups, and by organizing and executing a worry-free camp where they can have the time of their lives.”
